10 Kanal Farmhouse

Parizad House 2.0 offers modern living and open landscape planning because of its high-end private farmhouse estate design. We built this project around three core principles. First is space without restrictions, as a 10 Kanal layout gives enough space for private, semi-private, and entertainment spaces. 

Secondly, we focus on building a modern minimalist elevation design with traditional farmhouse openings by using wide structural spans. Shelters chose engineering-led architecture as the last principle by prioritising a site-responsive execution strategy. The project shows the Design-to-Build execution capability of Shelters Engineering, as design intent is maintained at every stage of construction.
